The conference, including the scientists from different countries of the world, most notably USA, will take place on October 3-5, 2018. Chairman of the conference Prof. Dr. Messoud Efendiey stated in his speech  that all discussion at the conference will provide contribution of  understanding and solving of the several important questions apperared in the natural sciences.
