The opening speech of the panel was made by Marmara History Club President Latif Can Erdem. Participating as speaker, Prof.Tufan Gündüz PhD made the introduction of his book titled "The Koran and the Sword". Prof.Gündüz gave information about the how Islam was passed, and how Islam spread. After the question-answer part, a plaque was presented to Prof. Tufan Gündüz.
