The conference began with the speech of Prof. Dr. Ali Serdar Fak. President of the Riders Association Murat Suyabatmaz gave examples about the practices of cycling around the world in his presentation in which he told about the workings to promote the idea of bike riding which is the eco- friendly transportation options. Suyabatmaz, exemplifying the descending  vehicular traffic due to increasing  cycling, pointed out the importance of local authorities for increasing of bike riding. He also said it needs that drivers should be more thoughtful against bcyclists besides talking about the necessary infrastructure workings.
