7th Organization Theory Workshop was held by the Department of Management and Organization Faculty of Business Administration, between 4 and 6 February, 2016. Senators, academicians coming from various universities in Turkey, businessmen and press members participated in the workshop held in Sultanahmet Rectorate Building, as well as Fatih Mayor Mustafa Demir, Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Mehmet Akalın, General Secretary Assoc.Prof. Mehmet Ersoy and Dean of  Faculty of Business Administration Prof. Dr. Nuran Cömert.

The given workshop started with the speeches of Prof. Dr. Uğur Yozgat and Prof. Dr. İbrahim Anıl and plaquette ceremony. Workshop Secretary Assoc.Prof. Fatma Ayanoğlu Şişman said that this workshop aims to increase the information sharing about conceptual, procedural and empirical questions for organization theory and to contribute to development of the researches which examine the administrative and organizational problems  in Turkey with a different viewpoint.
