The opening speech of the congress, which was organized for graduate and Ph.D. students to present their work since 2014 and to learn about the current affairs of European studies, was delivered  by the Founding Manager of the European Union Institute and the President of TUNAECS Prof.Haluk Kabalıoğlu. In the Congress topics such as EU politics, economics, law, the European Union's energy needs: the impact of the East Mediterranean gas to the solution of the Cyprus problem, Turkey and the European Union transport policy in the light of integration theories ,social repercussions of studies to make safe the European Union immigration policy to Turkey-EU relations. social repercussions were discussed.
