Sevgili Meslektaşlarımız,
Öncelikle konferansımıza göstermiş olduğunuz ilgi için çok teşekkür ederiz. Değerli çalışmalarınızı bu yıl Marmara Üniversitesi nin ev sahipliğinde yapılacak olan ASYU 2020 konferansında sunmayı tercih ettiğiniz için çok mutluyuz. Son bildiri gönderme tarihine daha aylar varken sisteme yüklenmiş bildiriler görmek; pandemi sürecinde yaşadığımız endişe ve belirsizlikler arasında bizlere çok iyi geldiğini ifade etmek istiyoruz.
İlk çağrısını 09 Mart 2020 tarihinde büyük bir heyecan ile duyurduğumuz Akıllı Sistemlerde Yenilikler ve Uygulamaları (ASYU 2020) Konferansı için, Mayıs ayı içinde COVID-19 Güncelleme başlığı ile bir duyuru yaptık. Belirsizliklerin devam etmesi durumunda, katılımcıların sağlık ve güvenliğinin sağlanması amacı ile çevrimiçi formatta da konferansın düzenlenebileceği bilgisini sizinle paylaştık.
Şimdi de sizinle Bildiri Gönderme Son Tarihi hakkında yaptığımız uzatma kararını paylaşmak istiyoruz. Daha önceden de duyurduğumuz gibi konferansın gerçekleşeceği oturum tarihlerinde herhangi bir değişiklik olmayacaktır.
Bu arada kabul edilen ve sunumu yapılan bildirilerin IEEE Xplore Sayısal kütüphanesinde taranması için süreç devam etmektedir. Ayrıca bildiriler arasından seçilen en iyileri, genişletilmiş hali ile TR Dizin tarafından taranan International Journal of Advances in Engineering and Pure Science isimli dergide (https://dergipark.org.tr/tr/pub/jeps) yayınlanmak üzere değerlendirilebileceğini de hatırlatmak isteriz.

Dear Colleagues,
First of all, thank you very much for your interest in our conference. We are grateful that you have chosen to present your valuable studies at the ASYU 2020 conference hosted by Marmara University this year. We would like to express that seeing papers submitted to the system while authors had more than months to the deadline make us to feel happy in the worries and uncertainties that we experience during the pandemic.
In May, we made an announcement with the title COVID-19 Update for the Conference on Innovations and Applications in Smart Systems (ASYU 2020), whose first call was announced with a great excitement on March 9, 2020. In case the uncertainties persist, we shared with you the information that the conference could also be organized in online format to ensure the health and safety of the participants.
Now, we would like to share with you the extension decision about the Submission Deadline. As we have already announced, there will be no change in the dates of the conference.
Meanwhile, our application for indexing of accepted and presented papers in the IEEE Xplore Digital library was submitted and process is ongoing. We would also like to remind you that selected papers will be considered for publication in the International Journal of Advances in Engineering and Pure Science (https://dergipark.org.tr/tr/pub/jeps) indexed by TR Index.
We look forward to submitting your papers for ASYU 2020.
