The project named "Innovative Health and Food Applications Laboratory", which will be carried out by the lecturers of NBUAM was accepted by the Presidency's Strategy and Budget Directorate within the framework of the 2024 Investment Program.
The laboratory, which is the project with the largest budget and will be established within NBUAM, aims to carry out studies on the production of functional components of plant and animal origin using green extraction methods in the field of health, food and food packaging, as well as the commercialization of innovative products produced from food and forest residues. The lecturers from the Faculty of Technology, Faculty of Engineering and Faculty of Pharmacy will take part in the project.
The project with a budget of 25 million will be carried out by Prof. Dr. Canan Doğan and a lot of researchers will take part in it.
